⁴⁶ And eventually, after three days, they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both listening to them and asking them questions. ⁴⁷ And everyone who heard him marvelled at his understanding and answers.

⁴⁸ When his parents saw him, they were astonished. And his mother said to him, Son, why have you dealt with us this way? Look, your father and I have been searching for you, sorrowing.
